A guarantee is offered by the seller in accordance with Law 23/2003 of July 10, on Guarantees for Consumer Goods, in compliance with regulation 1999/44EC.

These bicycles are guaranteed for 2 years, with the exception of consumable components.
The BATTERY is guaranteed for 1 year. Nevertheless, after the first six months, the client must prove that any fault detected is actually due to a manufacturing defect.
Loss of autonomy as a result of battery aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.
This guarantee does not cover components subject to normal wear and tear during the use of the bicycle (tyres, chain, brakes, cables...)

Ecobike will not be held liable and will declare the guarantee void in cases of:
- Use of components made by other manufacturers.
- Mishandling.
- Repairs carried out in non-official workshops.
- Non-presentation of the sales invoice.
- Expiry of the guarantee.

Repairs under guarantee will be accepted ONLY WITH THE PRIOR PRESENTATION OF THE SALES INVOICE INCLUDING THE SERIAL NUMBER, which can be found on the upper part of the bicycle steering
